We are anxiously waiting to head back down to Valle de Uco to finalize our Red Wine Blend. The Wine has been sitting in barrels for four months, and is finalizing malolactic fermentation. The team has been swirling the liquid every month and the final one takes place today...
Next month we decide if we create asingle varietal off of our Malbec Grapes or if we create a blend. I am curious about Petiti Verdo and cabernet Franc, but will leave it for MArguerite to make the final recipe
