This 600  bottle "Corte Blanco" yield is a complex and elegant white blend with aromas of grapefruit, pear and orange blossom. The acidity and minerality of this blend creates a fresh and easy drinking experience as on the palatte a soft green melon blends with pear and citrus.

​

A blend between Marsanne (40%), Rousanne (40%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%), this wine is made to complement the warm climate of Coconut Grove and Southern Florida.

 

 You will enjoy this fresh white wine with a variety of dishes (see recipes) or on its own as an aperitif.

A fresh aromatic dry wine from the high elevation of our vineyards. With a nose of sweet lychee and white citrus blossoms intertwined with flavors of soft white peaches and a touch of lemon zest, this white wine well chilled is a great sipping wine and an incredible companion to Asian cuisine like Thai curries or grilled fish dishes.
